Solid door ice merchandiser is the perfect unit for your ice bag storage.
1. painted steel construction,CFC free- PU insulation thick 70~100mm
2.Reinforced solid doors with welded PVC frame and gaskets and strong spring hinges.
3. Good quality Embraco compressor, refrigerant R404a
4. Fan cooling system,auto defrost,digital temperature control
5. Each merchandiser is run at least 48hours before shipping to test the refrigeration system.
6..Floor racks are designed to ensure even airflow across bottom of the merchandiser. This will hep keep the bottom of ice looking
fresher longer.

Q1:I haven't heard of R290, R600A, or R513A refrigerant before. What is it?
1. R290 (Also known as high purity propane or care 40)
2. R600A (Also known as refrigerant grade Isobutane or care 10) These are hydrocarbon refrigerants.
3. R513A(Also known as option XP10) is an HFO(Hydrofluoroolefin) refrigerant.
They are being used as an ECO-friendly refrigerant by some manufacturers in response to the significant new alternatives policy(SNAP) program. Read more about this program in our blog post on refrigerant regulations.

 

Q2: What is your means and terms of payment?
We accept payment from T/T, L/C, Westunion. Moneygram, Credict card etc.
Our payment term is 30% deposit in advance and balance before shipping.

 

Q3: What is your production lead time?
(calculated after getting deposit and artwork designs if any)
A. 2 days for sample (ready in stock);
B. 15 days for sample (without stock);
C. 25 ~ 50 days for mass production,determined by different models and order QTY.
Production time will be a bit longer during the Chinese new year holiday (normally from December to February)

 

Q4: Do you provide sample? Is it free?
Sample is available upon your sampling order with charge. The sampling time is 15 days. On top of normal product cost, we may charge additional sampling cost and packing cost , but such cost is refundable once you place massive orders.
