As a leader of the Multi-layer films and bags manufacturer, BAOLUN provides a complete service by offering also thermoforming films from reel, for vacuum, MAP and microwaveable packaging. Materials available for your thermoforming film: PP, PE, PA, EVOH.
For thermoforming bottom film, in combination with lidding material, for packing tortillas, wraps and pancakes, we usually suggest PA/PE or PA/PP structures with:
* High gloss, highly transparent
* Excellent puncture resistance
* EVOH as possible barrier
* Easy-opening either in the bottom-film (or tray) or in the lidding
For microwaveable applications we apply PP-based solutions which can easily be transformed to a tray by thermoforming. If needed also with EVOH barrier.
Both for the lidding as well as for the thermoformable bottom films, BAOLUN is working on more sustainable solutions for our customers, either based on PE or PP mono multilayers.

Zhejiang Baolun New Material Technology Co.,Ltd. Was Founded on 2012, who specialized in research, manufacture, development,and sales. Our factory occupies a wide area of 12051㎡, overall floorage 44414 ㎡. We bulid advanced and rigorous Dust-free workshop and provide one-stop solutions from the film blowing to the end products.

1. Are you the factory?
Yes, we are the one-stop solution factory who provide the multi-layer co-extrusion films and to the final bags, such as high/medium barrier films, thermoforming films, lidding films and food vacuum bags etc.
2.Where is your factory located?
Our factory located in Cangnan industry park, Wenzhou city, Zhejiang province, where is near to Shanghai.
3.Does your products any certificated?
Yes, our prodcts are food grade, SGS and FDA certificated. BPA free.
4.What information you need if i need a quotation?
Pls send me the material ,size, thickness, quantities and the application of the films or bags, so i will quote you the right product you need.
By the way, for the Food vacuum bags and rolls, we have any size in stock for sale, if you need, pls feel free to let me know.
5.Can i have a free sample?
