1.Who is VJC?
- Established in 2015, VJC has grown up to be one of the leading manufacturers of architechture lighting and commercial lighting.
- We focus on custimized lighting for projects or OEM clients.
- Our products is mainly for hotels, shops, resturants, and galleries.
2. How can I get a product from VJC from idea to reality?
- Upon receiving your inquiry, we will make you a 3D model with stimulating image and detailed structures and dimension drawings.
Once the drawing is confirmed, you will get quoted towards a certain volume. We will make 3D print sample for you to double confirm.
Workable CNC sample is also available at cost. Once sample is approved, we will start production or open tooling.
3. What is the quality control in VJC and how can you ensure the quality?
- At VJC we only use world famous components and parts. For LED Chips we mainly use Citizen, Luminus, CREE, Bridgelux, and work well with Osram, Xicato, Seoul, Lumens and Lumileds. For LED driver, we mainly work with Osram, Tridonic, TCI, Meanwell and HEP, while we also work with Actec, Sunricher, Boke and Ltech. The connectors and holders, we only work with WAGO, BJB, TE, Electro-terminal, and openwise. All electrical parts and materials are VDE or UL approved.
- Before mass production, we will make SOP of each products, and make a preproduction, test all features and parameters. Full test reports including but not limiting to temperture control, lumens, CRI, SCDM, IES, pull strength, and Electrical safety will be sent to the buyer.
- During the production we have 3 quality control points, when the parts are on line, all finishing will be 100% checked, lights switch on tested. After assembling, all products will be sent to our aging room for 3 hrs aging, during which there will be on/off shock test, temperture check, and visual check of Chips. Before packaging, all lights need to be switch on again for final checking.
3.What is your lead time?
-It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
-Usually we can ship within 15-20 days for small quantity orders, and about 30-40 days for large quantity orders.
- An urgent delivery within 15 days is also available upon individual cases.
4.What is your payment term?
-T/T before shipment, L/C
5.What is the shipping method?
-It could be shipped by sea,by air or by express(EMS,UPS,DHL,TNT,FEDEX and ect). Please confirm with us before placing orders.
