NON-STICK COATING
The wok features a non-stick coating that will ensure an efficient release of healthy and nutritious stir-fry’s, rice dishes & paella’s straight to your bowl. The pan also features a forged aluminium base, and a hybrid stone coating that allows heat to conduct faster, and retains said heat for longer when in use.
Temperature Detection
There is a temperature-sensitive silicone strip on the pan to help you confirm the cooking steps. The silicone strip appears red before heating. When it starts to change color you can start cooking. And when it turns white, you can turn to low fire.
SUITABLE FOR ALL HOB TYPES
This classic wok is suitable to be used on all hob types such as gas, electric, induction, and even on hot plates too. The wok comes in a stylish black marble effect colour, ensuring it looks the part in any style of kitchen.
NOTES
When cooking with a nonstick pan, please use a special spatula such as a silicone shovel, a wooden shovel, or a nylon shovel, as this can prolong the service life of the granite stone frying Pan.
Please use sponge or soft scouring pad to clean. In case of stubborn stains, please soak in hot water and detergent for a period of time before washing.
