Electrostatic manual powder coating booth suited for medium to large batch coating operations, like car rim, bicycle parts and frames etc.
1. Incorporates proven cartridge-filter technology capturing excess powders efficiently to keep environment clean.
2. The filtered powder is discharged into a collecting hopper beneath the unit which can be moved away for emptying.
3. Easy-to-use PLC operation panel allows to start/stop exhaust, set pulse-jet time & interval and lift recovery hopper.
4. Designed with wheels perfectly for shops where being able to move the unit is vital.
