Hot stamping foil
Hot stamping paper in north China commonly known as anodized aluminum, it is composed of polyester film (PET) and in its surface coated with multi-layer chemical coating. Polyester film thickness is usually 12 microns, some of the role of the coating is to produce decorative effect, and some of the coating is used to control the performance of the hot stamping paper, different coatings for different substrates.
The role of the aluminum layer is to produce a reflective effect, is the aluminum wire afterhigh temperature melting sublimation in ultra-low vacuum conditions condensation on the hot stamping paper formed.
Features
The best hot stamping temperature is 95-135℃, please choose different types of hot stamping paper according to different hot stamping substrate and pattern for trial. Hot stamping area is more extensive, which is divided into three kinds, one is hot stamping small strokes (special for small area);The second is 6*6 mm hot stamping (general); Three is 10*10 mm hot stamping (large area special). Anodized aluminum specifications: width 0.64m * length 120m/roll; Can also be customized according to customer requirements, such as: 240 m/roll, 360 m/roll and so on.
