Yes, our all items are food grade, Each item is guaranteed to be lead-free, fully vitrified, microwave-safe, oven-proof, and dishwasher-friendly.heat-resistant, acid-resistant, and alkali-resistant and strengthened without such harmful substances as cadmium. There is no harm to your healthy. All mugs can pass the test whitch comply with the standard of Prop.65, EC84/500, LFGB Or from the 3rd party like SGS, BV etc.
9. Does your company accept our third party factory inspection?
Yes, sure ,after you place an order for us, we can cooperate with your factory inspection.
10. How much is your MOQ?
MOQ is depend on your product. Different product has different MOQ. Like 16pcs dinner sets, MOQ is 500pcs. Just tell us your needs.
11. How long is your delivery time?
For products in stock, we can send them out within 48 hours after receving payment. If not, then delivery according to your quantity, normally is about 30-70 days.
12. Can I get a free sample ?
Yes,we can send you a free sample for quality checking for those products we have stocks and cost for samples will be freight collected . If no stock mugs , we will ask for sample charge depending on sample quantity and shappes.
13. What's your shipping way?
Normally by sea transportation. Also can follow your needs.
14. How to control the quality ?
We have professional QC team with strict standard and well-organized management in whole mass production, they will inspect and control the quality accord to the quality standard of Sales Order.
