Description



Three-phase industrial dry type transformer


QSG/SG three-phase dry type isolation transformer is a new generation energy-saving power transformer developed by our factory based on international similar products and combined with China’s national conditions, from 300VA to 1600KVA, in line with international and national standards such as IEC439 and GB5226. The winding adopts the method of winding out the hole row. The transformer is vacuum-impregnated, so that the insulation grade of the transformer reaches F class or H class, and the product performance reaches the advanced level at home and abroad. QSG/SG series three phase dry type isolation transformer is widely used in circuits with AC 50Hz to 60Hz and voltage below 2000V. all can be specially customized as per different requirements of the end users.

※Auto-transformer consists of cylindrical winding and laminated core.The iron core is made of Taiwan high-quality silicon steel silicon steel plate stacking, full-oblique seams. Winding using the whole row denomination winding method. After twice vacuum pressure dipping, and 110 ℃ high temperature baking for 4 hours, the insulation of the transformer can achieve grade F or H-class. Full load temperature would not exceed 65 ℃. Finally, three is almost no noise and vibration phenomenon.
※Voltage conversion functions(eg:delta/Yo or Yo/ delta connection) Filter anti-interference function(eg:Can remove three times harmonics) .With the function of heat resistance,moisture resistance,stability,chemical compatibility, low temperature resistance,radio resistance and non-toxic environmental protection, etc.
