Product Description
Professional extrusion machine for hot melt adhesive film tpu/eva adhesive film making, could be made thin adhesive film or thick adhesive film laminate with fabric. For high precisin adhesive film making, precision higher than normal extrusion for PP/PE film. Equipment only for hot melt adhesive film making, couldn't be used on PP, PE,PVC film maing, these product equipment structure different with ours.
Equipment precision high, so could be used on high quality request product making.
Hot melt adhesive coating machine is totally different from traditional technology, like solvent glue or water glue, solvent glue is bad for environment, many countries contain China don't allow this technology for manufacturer. Hot melt adhesive no solvent, solid content 100%, needn't dry, energy consumption less, equipment size small, price cheap than solvent equipment.
TECHNICAL PARAMETERS
Casting extrusion coating technology
Coating thickness: 0.01-0.2mm.
Unwinder device use magnetic powder brake.
Rewinder device use magnetic powder clutch rewind.
Max. speed: 2-30m/min or adjust.
Coating precision 5%.
Control method: PLC touch screen concentrate control.
Adhesive: thermoplastic material TPU/EVA/PA/PU.
Max. temperature: 230℃.
Extrusion coating roller use silica gel roller or steel roller according product adhesive surface request.
Unwinder automatic guiding device, constant tension control.
Generator roller use import silica gel roller. Some transfer roller will use anti-stick roller(according product request).
Install with guiding device.
Extrusion device screw size according equipmentrequest, T-DIE head high grade precision special steel, extrusion device install front back electric moving system. Cooling water recycle device at screw feed port.
Cooling water recycle control system, die head transfer hot oil temperature control system. Steel roller heating transfer hot oil control system.
