1. Unique multi-style filling head and suckback system designed for non-drip, ensuring that the production site and finished products are not contaminated by liquid materials;

2. High-precision filling and assembly to import the full-color touch screen man-machine interface controlled by Siemens PLC computer to ensure the adjustment of capacity is simple, fast and accurate;

3. All parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel and sanitary pipes, and all the connecting parts adopt quick-connect interface.

4. The servo motor drives a stable double screw drive mechanism to ensure high precision of the piston movement stroke. The ball screw and the two sides of the guide post are installed, and the ball screw and the lifting beam are connected separately, the ball screw is very convenient to be replaced, and the single person can be disassembled without disassembling the lifting beam.

5. Piston seals using PTFE technology improve the wear resistance of the piston seals (life of more than 24 months) and suitability for materials.

6. The whole machine adopts SUS304 Taigang stainless steel frame, and the contact parts with materials are made of 304 stainless steel, which has good anti-corrosion effect. Outer stainless steel and glass door covers seal the body.
