Equipment Advantage
The sand making building, also known as the tower type sand making production line, mainly consists of six parts: feeding, sand shaping, finished product discharge, dust removal, stone powder storage, and electrical control; The sand making system is the core part of the entire production, in which raw materials are crushed, shaped, screened, graded, and humidity controlled. The processed raw materials undergo three optimization processes: high-frequency "stone striking" impact shaping by a tower type sand making machine, high-speed grinding, and waterfall grinding brush by a particle optimization machine. They are fully crushed and polished, and the sand particles are full and round, with uniform thickness and size. The sand fineness modulus can reach 2.5-3.2, and the powder content can be adjusted at will between 3-15%.
