1. Machine Introduction Of Factory Supply Accurate PVC PC Dental Syringe Tubing Making Machine
The Air water syringe tip production line is mainly used for the production of dental water syringe tips.
Songhu air water syringe tip production line adopts 2 sets of tube production lines, the first set of production line to make PC inner pipe, the second set of production line to make PVC outer pipe, and finally we can get PVC/PC double-layer tube.

5. Machine Detail Of Factory Supply Accurate PVC PC Dental Syringe Tubing Making Machine
5.1 PC-SHSJ25-26 Single Screw Extruder
The extrusion production line adopts self-developed extruder PC-SHSJ25-26, which has the characteristics of high precision and high production capacity.
The screw and barrel are made of high-strength alloy steel 38CrMoAlA, and its surfaces are treated with nitriding and polishing. The thickness of the nitriding layer reaches 0.4-0.7 mm, and the surface hardness reaches HV850-940.
The screw is specially designed for PC material to ensure the plasticizing effect of the raw material, and ensure the uniform wall thickness and high gloss.

5.2 First Extruder Mould
This mould extrudes the PC inner tube.
The mould is made of high strength S316H material and can achieve precision extrusion under high temperature and pressure.

5.3 Vacuum Cooling Water Tank
The cooling water tank is formed by bending SUS304 stainless steel, and the closed structure of fully tempered glass ensures hygienic and dust-free production conditions;
Vacuum-assisted forming technology ensures the accuracy and roundness of the pipe;
The water tank is equipped with precision guide rails, which can freely adjust the direction in three dimensions: up and down, left and right, front and back.

5.4 Laser Diameter Measuring Instrument

The tractor adopts high-efficiency wear-resistant multi-wedge belt with small vibration. The belt does not slip and has no noise during the traction process.
Equipped with synchronous belt with high-precision transmission system, it can adjust the linear guide belt lifting, opening and closing.
