The special oil pipe is mainly used for drilling oil and gas Wells and conveying oil and gas. Oil casing is mainly used to support the well wall during drilling and after completion to ensure the drilling process and the normal operation of the entire well after completion. The oil casing is the lifeblood of the oil well. Due to different geological conditions, the downhole stress state is complex, and the combined action of tensile, compressive, bending and torsional stress acts on the pipe body, which puts forward higher requirements for the quality of the casing itself. If the casing itself is damaged for some reason, it can lead to the loss of production or even the abandonment of the entire well.

Casing Pipe Manufacturing Process:
Steel ingot heating → hydraulic punching → reheating → extension → periodic rolling → reheating → sizing → cooling → straightening → pipe cutting → inspection
1. An annular heating furnace is required for ingot heating;
2. Punching and reheating with hydraulic press;
3. The oil casing plant uses a two-roller guide plate extension machine for extension;
4. Re-use a disc heating furnace for periodic rolling, and use a non-entry furnace for reheating, cooling, straightening, pipe cutting, and inspection.
