Fucare covers all defects in material and workmanship from the date of receipt. In the event a defect covered by this Warranty Policy occurs, Fucare will repair or replace your product in accordance with the terms of this Warranty Policy. This Warranty Policy only applicable to product problems caused by non-human or force majeure factors, applies to the Fucare products in the following ways:

1) For samples, 1 pcs. It should take 7-15 days to prepare and shipping time depends on our distance.
2) For OEM products, 10-50 pcs. It will take 5-30 days of production and shipping time depends on mode of transport.
3) For RTS products, 1-2 pcs. It will take 2-7 days delivery and shipping time depends on our distance.
