Permanent magnet suspension & Resistance reduction:

The permanent magnet suspension principle is utilized to suspend the wind wheel and eliminate the bearing capacity of the fixed bearing, which effectively reduces the fan torque, the start-up wind speed and cut-in wind speed, and improves the overall power generation efficiency.

Low start-up and cut-in speed: the ordinary horizontal and vertical wind turbine run with high start-up and cut-in wind speed (3m/s). The maglev wind turbine can run with the start-up wind speed of less than 1.5 m/s and cut-in  wind speed of 3 m/s.

Reliable design with speed limit protection: the ordinary turbine adopts the brake protection design: the short circuit brake protection in the strong wind, which will cause the coil to burn due to long time overload running, and no energy generation. The maglev wind turbine limits the speed of the turbine in a certain range in the strong wind, rationally runs the wind turbine, and effectively protects the turbine.

Solid structure and strong wind resistance: the break of wind blade and deformation of turbine body will occour when the ordinary turbine runs in the super strong wind. The maglev turbine wih aluminum alloy wind blade, metal structure, super long central axis, and multi-point support, can resist the super typhoon’s impact.
