Uncooled infrared Module/Core of Mini 384/640 series uses the “Falcon” ISP chip, which is a special infrared processing chip independently developed by Infisense, instead of the FPGA scheme of traditional thermal imaging module. And it uses a new self-developed 12μm pixel WLP IR detector, provides parallel digital interface for easy integration development, so as to flexibly access to various intelligent processing platforms.
Based on the leading image processing algorithm and infrared temperature measurement algorithm in the industry, the products of this series provide high - quality infrared image and high - precision temperature measurement function, and it is also characterized by high performance, small size, light weight, low weight and low cost, satisfying the application requirements of SWaP3 (size, weight and power, performance, and price).
