    Our prefab house is widely used in construction jobsite as temporary office building, accommodation house, canteen, warehouse. Also can be used as city municipal, commercial or other using temporary house, like temporary school, hospital parking, maintenance department, scenery district vacation house, disaster relief etc.

4. Can it really withstand storms, earthquake and floods?

YES. At the first stage we will do material choosing according to your local max wind speed, earthquake grade,max raining data  etc,Below is our basic material performance:

* Roof load: 0.3kn/m2

* Floor load:1.5kn/m2

* Wind load: 0.3kn/m2, equal to against level 10 typhoon

* Earthquake resistance: magnitude- 7 earthquake

If the criteria were exceeded, it can also load by reinforcing the structure.

5. Are the walls fire resistant?

YES. All the PU panel ,EPS panel ,Rockwool panel ,its insulation fire resistance is B grade

6. How long will a new prefab house last?

With proper care and maintenance a new prefab house can last as long as standard construction,our prefab house design life span at least 20 years. 

7. What about your shipping? 

We use 20' container and 40' HQ conantainer to ship the goods;

Usually 20' container can load about 80-90 SQM and 40' HQ container can load 320-350SQM.

But the finalized loading quantity according to your products ordered.  

8. Can you help me to purchase other things like furniture or tappliance?

We just can help you to purchase little kitchen and bathroom facilities for you to match with our prefab house because of our customs law.We are prefab house factory just have the liecence to export our own goods.

9. Can you do installation for me ?

Take the labor cost ,safety and visa issues into consideration ,we suggest to send one or two engineers to you jobiste and train your workers .

You should provide aire tickets ,hotel ,meal and engineer salary per day for installation.Also should provide a translator for our engineer.
