Q1:Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a professional manufacturer in PINATA and PARTY item.
We have R&D team and QC department, also with workshops of Printing,Packing,etc.
Q2:Which audit or certificate do you have?
A: We passed the BSCI and FA (AUCHAN Quality ) audit.
Our products are usually tested by SGS ,INTERTEK ,or other institutes specified by our clients.
Q3:Can you provide OEM or ODM services?
A: Yes,OEM or ODM are both welcome .Our R&D department can work well with you.
Q4:Can I get free samples for quality reference?
A: Existing samples are free (without courier).
Q5:I'm a small buyer, Can I place a small order?
A: No problem! Even quantity less than 100 pieces is available .
Q6:How about the payment for samples or orders?
A: We prefer Paypal for samples and courier, but T/T for full order.
Why not Pay full orders by Paypal? 2 reasons:First, we can not get export refund . Second ,Paypal handling fee is high.
Q7:How about the product warranty and after-sales service?
A: First, Our QC is always strict with all production links. Second ,in order to protect your benefit ,you’d better apply Alibaba

Q8:How about the leading time?How long is the shipping?
A1: It depends on order qty and production situation.It is generally not less 30 days for customized orders.
A2:Transportation time is usually 3-10 days by air , 10-30 days by sea.
Q9:Can I have exact pre-production samples to check before mass production?
A: Certainly ,we can send PPS to you. In some cases courier charges are on your account. Approval by email images or video is
welcome.
Q10:What about the shipment and nearest port?
A1: Shipment by Ocean ,Air or Combined transport are all welcome as your request.
A2:Normal and nearest port is Qingdao.Other ports such as Shanghai,Tianjin,Guangzhou is also convenient.
