1. Body sheet metal part

3. The thickening roller cantilever is made of a large 180 * 200 rectangular pipe, with high strength and good stability.
4. The beam seat and the hanging plate are made of precision castings, which can effectively absorb the shock and ensure the permanent nondeformation.
5. Sheet metal and door plate are made of high-standard cold-rolled steel plate and reinforced plate to prevent deformation.
6. The surface of the whole machine is treated by plastic injection, with environmental protection and not discoloration.

3.Gring and sanding parts
1. Cutting knife roller adopts ₵ 180 heavy cutting 10 blade, equipped with imported 30x12x2.5mm carbide blade, easy to use, good cutting quality, and motor power of 30KW.2. The planer roller is equipped with a close cooperation between the adjustable section pressing boots and the pressing roller, and the rear of the planer roller is equipped with a reversible pressing plate and a double pressing roller structure to ensure the large sand cutting amount of the workpiece and the sanding of the narrow material.
