2. How long is the delivery time? / Why the delivery time needs so long?
Delivery time is generally 45 days to 60 days. Under normal circumstances we do not do the inventory, and our factory has a lot of orders, we have to arrange the orders in the order in which they are ordered.
3. What is your MOQ? Can low MOQ be done?
For the big size the MOQ is 600 pcs, for the small size the MOQ is 1000 pcs. This is the MOQ of factory standard package. If it’s customization, it needs further negotiation. If there are machines in stock, the low MOQ can be provided.
4. How long is the warranty period?
For the big size the warranty is 1 year, for the small size is 6 months.
5. What kinds of fabric can your sewing machine sew?
Our sewing machine can sew cotton, linen, nylon, denim, non-woven fabric and so on.
6. Can I buy one sewing machine?
We are wholesaler, we don’t retail.
7. What is your main market in the whole world?
Our main markets are North America, Europe, Asia, South America and Middle East.
8. Can your sewing machine do customization?
Yes, we can do customize the logo, package, color and so on. And the MOQ of customization is negotiation.
9. Why the freight of your sewing machine is so expensive?
The freight is depends on the logistics company, the distance and the Cargo weight. Our sewing machine weights 0.6kgs to 5kgs, so
some of our model needs expensive freight.
