Firstly, we can send you the new goods for free if any product damaged the time
you get them. But the delivery cost will be paid by your side. Or we can send it to you
together with next order. We pay all the cost if the quality problem totally caused by
our side.
Secondly,we annually attend medical fairs at Germany, Dubai, Turkey, the United States,
China, etc. You can bring the damaged goods form us at our booth,
we will repair it for you or exchange a new one for you.
