A1:Yes, on some stock items, we can send immediately. If you want special decoration or printing on bottles, it will take about 7 days to prepare and will charge reasonable sample cost.

Q2: How to start a custom project with your company?
A2:Please send us your design drawings or original samples so that we can offer a quotation first. If all details are confirmed,we will arrange the sample making once received your deposit.

Q3: What is the lead time?
A3: Sample needs 2-3 days prepared; mass production time needs 15 days normally.

Q4: If any defective bottle, how can you settle it for us?
A4: Replacement for the defective bottle.

Q5: How do you control the quality?
A5: We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
