Our normal MOQ is 100pcs per style per color with 3 sizes. The order qty less than this qty will be taken as samples. The more you order, the price will be more competitive.
2. How to know the price?
Please advise which items you like and the qty, send the photos of the products that you’re interested in or send the links. If you have more specify requirements, please send the inquiry to us. We will quote for you later.
3. How to get a sample?
Please advise which kind of product you would like to get the sample or send the specify photo with details, some of the sample are free of charge, but some need to be paid.
4. What files need to be sent to make samples and mass products?
Vectors file (AI file) are needed or high resolution pictures.
5. What if we get bad quality or non-satisfied products?
All of our products have free assurance to protect your quality and payment.
All customer complaints will be solved well and reply within 8 hours.
Warranty
Warranty: Our warranty is two years. After you receive the goods or when are you selling, if you find defect products, just take pics or videos to send us. We will re-make it for re-fund them to customers once we confirm it is our responsilibities.
