2.Q: What type of steel material you normally use?
A: We normally use 316l stainless steel(medical/surgical steel) and 304 stainless steel (food grade stainless steel), both are high quality stainless steel material, there’s no big difference for normal jewelry designs, but if you want specific material, please contact for further discussion.
3.Q: Can you customize if I only have pictures or do I need to send specific file for customize orders？
A: If we can have your original samples or cad drawing that would be great!!! That will shorten the production time also can make the size and details as perfectly as you want. But we can also customize if you only have pictures, our professional team and trustworthy supply chain will bring your ideas to reality, please send me the pictures if you have them now!!!
4.Q: What kind of file format do I need to provide to make the mould and logo customize process more convenient to shorten the production time?
A: 3D/ CAD/ AI files would be great! We can know the reference size and output in stl format directly, or modify the modeling drawing directly according to them,the next process like carve the wax mould and produce the steel mold would be much smooth and faster, then you can receive the items earlier with no delay for the confirmation process.
5.Q: Can I have a samples for checking before I place my bulk order? I don’t want to take much risks.
