1. What's the environment your product could be used?
--- Temperature -20℃~40℃, Relative humidity ≤95%, Altitude ≤1000m.

2. Does the engine set could meet environment standard?
--- Yes, our low-emission diesel generator set has tailor-made exhaust silencer systems, which conform to Euro III / IV emission standards.

3. What is your warranty period?
--- 12 months after delivery date or 1000 operating hours (whichever occurs first).

4. Does your generator have global warranty?
--- Yes. Our generators are powered by Cummins, Perkins, MTU, Mitsubishi, Doosan, Volvo which have the global warranty service. And the alternators brands Stamford, Leroy-somer, Marathon also have the global warranty service.

5. What is your payment term?
--- 100%T/T: 30% inadvance,70% balance be paid before shipment. Or 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight.

6. What is your delivery time?
--- Our standard delivery time is 30 to 45 days. If you have urgent demand, the deliverytime will be shorter depending on the requirements. If you have special requirements, the delivery time will be longer.

7. Can the generators be customized?
--- Yes. Our generators can be customized depending on customer's detailed requirements. We can supply generators for rental business, home use, industrial projects, army projects, power station, etc. The generators we supply are suitable for indoor and outdoor use, low and high temperature environment.

8. Can you use our logo?
--- Yes. For mass orders we can add customer's logo for free if the order amount reaches USD100, 000or order quantity is more than 5 sets.
