The EC500-V5 version is the newest upgraded 6axis CNC Motion controller for Stepper or Servo Motor controls, with pulse and direction interfaces & LED indicators, support 3/4/5 6 channels motor control systems, 460Khz pulse output for every axis, 2ms control cycle, the highest division is 256 and the highest current is 6A..etc. Has strong anti-interference ability, excellent design and convenient operation.
The EC500-V5 is a high-performance ethernet breakout board for Mach 3 software, through Ethernet to communicate with the connection of control computer's network. Compatible with MPG input, support stardand MPG & the digital display MPG of our company.
EC500V5 motion controller adopts the ARM design framework. Multi-Functional support the Mach3 software. With 18-channel optical coupler isolates common digital input interface, 16-channel optical coupler isolates common digital output interface, 1 channel 0-10v spindle speed regulating analog output interface which can be modified into PWM output.

The DDMPG Handwheel---6Axis MPG Manual Pulse Generator compatible with EC500.
The EC500 motion controller is with the sealed shell structure, with 4pcs mounting holes around the controller. We can fix 4pcs 4mm diameter holes at the cabinet, and install the controller into the cabinet.

Warm Notice: Our Mach3 controllers do not support update for the moment, so please do not press " update" when you are using it.Or not, your controller may work not properly . Also, we do not support Mach 4 software.
