Arlau company has a very mature thermoplastic coating production line with a history of more than 10 years. Only 2-3 factories in China have this production line, which can form a production mode of fast and large-scale delivery, with a monthly output of more than 10,000 sheets. Color, shape and size support customization.
Our patio furniture is covered with a copolymer based thermoplastic powder coating. The thermoplastic is environmentally friendly and the coating will not fade, crack, peel, warp or change color over the life of the product. Thermoplastics have the best adhesion rates of any other process. This keeps the metal base free from any possibility of corrosion. Thermoplastics are applied at a thickness of 0.8-1.5mm. This provides maximum protection on the finest surfaces.
