Semi-Automatic Aerosol Oxygen Filling Machine-1600D
Machine Function Description:
This equipment is pneumatic, uses the compressed air as power, no electricity, safe and reliable, and widely used for filling butane gas cartridge alp cooker, cassette gas and mini cooker filling. We design 1 vacuum and 1 crimping on one table , the 2 gases fillers in one table. For our experience, the vacuum and crimp speed will faster than gas filler, “double gas filling system” can improve the production rate.
Machine Highlights:
(1)Vacuum machine: As per to the national laws and industry standards, the cooking gas cartridge products should be evacuation before sealing. It can control the inner pressure with a safety level. And improve the purity of cooking gas. This machine use pneumatic vacuum generator, vacuum pressure can be setting on the machine.
(2)Crimping machine :The Sealing diameter and depth are easy to adjust, and sealing quality is reliable. With high sealing speed, reliable sealing quality, as well as simple operation, adjustment and maintenance requirement. The machine is specially used for internal inflating sealing of global and universal 1-inch butane gas torch valve.
(3)Gas filling machine and boost pumps: The gas filling machine has fully absorbed the advanced filling machine technology from the Swiss Pamasol Company. It equipped with two-way pressurized booster pump, which can pressurize Butane (or butane propane mix gas)up to 1.0-1.5 Mpa and fluidize the gas. so as to accelerate filling speed and accurate measuring. The maximum filling capacity is 250g,the filling accuracy is ± 1%. It has small-occupied area and simple operation, belonging to economical aerosol production equipment. Weigh checker and water bath tank can be optional.
