What is EVA foam?
EVA foaming is a kind of foamed polyurethane, which is a polymer made of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) through foaming process. It has good wear resistance, oil resistance, impact resistance, aging resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other advantages, so it is widely used in electronics, home appliances, automobiles, construction, packaging and other industries.
EVA foam can be divided into three hardness levels: soft (30-40 degrees), medium (40-60 degrees) and hard (60-80 degrees).
