Function:

This 30Ton Cement constant stress loading breaking resistance testing equipment is used to test the cement’s physical strength, like compression resistance strength and three-point flexural resistance strength.

It can meet the standard: GB/T17671, ISO679 etc.

Character:

l  This computer control cement testing machine adopts vertical structure, has two test bench. One is 300kn compression test, the other one is 10kn flexural test. It is electronic loading, high precision, easy to move and clean.

l  The test process is controlled by computer software, it can realize the closed-loop control, constant stress loading, constant displacement loading.

l  During the test process, the computer screen real-time displays the test data, like test force, peak value, displacement, loading speed and test curve, like load-time curve, load-displacement curve, displacement-time curve, stress- time curve, stress-strain curve etc.

l  After the specimen is broken, the machine stop automatically. Then you can save test result, like test date, specimen info., compression or flexural strength , test curve.

l  Because we will equip a small color ink jet printer, you can print the test report.

l  For security, we install the emergency stop button.

Besides when overload occurs, the testing machine will stop automatically.
