Brief introduction of the main structure:
The machine is composed of a main shaft, a universal coupling, a left and right support frame, a sensor, an electric measuring box and other parts, and the motor at the bottom of the front box drives the front spindle to rotate. The main shaft is driven by the universal coupling to rotate the workpiece. Due to the imbalance of the workpiece produces centrifugal force, forcing the support frame to vibrate, because the stiffness of the support is large, so the vibration amplitude is small, the vibration signal of the support frame is transmitted to the sensor by the mechanical amplification mechanism, the sensor converts the mechanical vibration signal into a telecommunications number, input the electrical measurement box, on the other hand, the end of the main shaft in the front is equipped with a set of photoelectric switches, A set of pulse reference signals with the same frequency as the workpiece speed are sent out by the photoelectric switch into the electrical measuring box, which is used as the phase reference reference and the speed measurement signal. The unbalanced signal of the left and right sensors and the reference signal of the photoelectric switch are calculated and amplified by the electrical measuring box... After processing, the magnitude and phase of the unbalance on the right and left correction planes of the rotor are shown by the left and right digital table. The machine uses frequency conversion speed regulation, the user can choose the speed according to the need, the initial unbalance of large workpiece should be corrected with low speed.
