- What does MOKO do?
We specialize in manufacturing Rigid FR-4 PCB, Flexible PCB, Metal core PCB, RF/Microwave PCB as well as PCB assembly, mainly
focus on the fabrication and assembly services of quick turn PCB prototype, small to mass production of PCB & PCB Assembly..
- Where is your target markets?
The printed circuit board we manufactured are mainly exported to foreign countries, currently, more than 95% of our electronic board products are shipped to Europe, North America.
- What payment methods do you accept?
T/T, West Union,Money gram and L/C are accepted, for samples paypal. FOB, CIF, DDU and Ex-work are accepted.
- How fast do you provide quotes?
During normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm, we normally provide quotes within 5-45 minutes. However, sometimes, if the board is complex, we like to send it to our CAM department to verify that we can build the board properly, which adds some time to the process. If you submit your info after hours, one of our sales professionals will provide you with a quote the next business day.
- How to place an order?
1. Send us the PO with request (Final project files confirmed) and we will confirm with PI.
2. The order will be entered into our order system on same day.
3. Deposit or full payment complete,then order confirmed by our accouting department.
4. The order will be proceed accordingly by our purchasing system.
5. Sample or photos offered for approval.
6. Balance payment complete,shipment arranged and tracking will be offered via email.
- How fast can you manufacture my PCBs?
We have a 24 hour turnaround time for some PCB requirements. Please submit your Gerber files or contact us to learn more about our expedited PCB services.
- What file format do you accept for quoting?
You can use any PCB design software that you want, however, it needs to be able to export Gerber RS-274X and NC Drill files. Please .zip all of your files together (include readme).
- Do you ship PCBs internationally?
Yes, we have many customers from around the world that rely on MOKO Technology Ltd to manufacture their PCBs.
- Whether all PCBAs will be tested before delivery?
Yes, we will test each piece of PCBA product under your testing methods, to ensure quality and functionality.
- How can i know the processing about my PCB or PCBA order?
With our PCB Board Order Helper （//erp.fastbom.com/）you will be able to easily learn how your order goes in time. We will update on time with clear photos and samples shipment if request. Clients can access the process details with their own account info. Each Customer also has a sale to contact you. MOKO working hours: AM9:00-PM6:00(Beijing Time) from Monday to Friday. We will reply your email in 2 hours in our working time. And you also can contact with our sales’s cell phone if urgent.
