A3. Send us pictures or design with details like size, length, material, ect. Or you can send us a sample.

Q4. Do you have other products that are not shown on your shop website?
A4. Some of our products are out of our shop. If you need other designs, you can send us pictures and we will try our best to source them for you.
Q5.Can I get any discount?
A5. Yes, you can get 5%-10% discount if the order amount is over $2000.
If you want to place an bulk order, you can get bigger discounts, pls contact us for more details!
Q6. What about the shipping cost?
A6. Cheaper but takes more time to receive order in about 2-3 weeks by Alibaba Logistics.
Faster but a little more expensive by our own cooperative logistics company with Fedex and DHL, about 3-5 days.
Q7. What is your MOQ (Minimum Quantity)? Can I get free samples?
A7. MOQ is 12 pcs for each product is acceptable if items are in stock.
MOQ is 60 pcs for each product is acceptable if items are out of stock.
You can also buy samples first, but the price will be higher. For long-term customers, free samples can be negotiated.
Noted: For customisation, MOQ is 200 pcs. The mould cost for customisation is to be negotiated.
