Single Screw Extruder
The single-screw extruder consists of a control cabinet, a transmission system, a feeding system, an extrusion system, a heating system, a cooling system, and a rotary cutting system.
It can produce snacks in various shapes such as macaroni, shrimp crackers, shrimp crackers,round/square tube/shell spiral, etc.
Double Screw Extruder
The twin-screw food extruder can use corn, rice, rye, mung bean, buckwheat and other grain powder as raw materials to produce rice, infant nutrition, etc. Powders, bread crumbs, pet food and fish feed, various puffed snacks such as cheetos, corn sticks, corn puffs, etc. It is one of the indispensable and important parts of the food processing production line.
