What is COB LED ?
COB, (Chips on Board) , multi LED chips are packaged together as one lighting module.
Cob LED Light Source is a High efficiency, integrated, surface light source technology that mount the led chip on the high reflective metal substrate.
This technology without the conception of holder, no plating, no Reflow soldering, no patch process, reduce the 30% process, so it also cuts down about 30% cost.
LED CHIP
led chip is the core of cob led source, in order to produce out a better quality cob led, IHY Lighting have cooperated with some famous chip manufacturer, such as Epistar and Sanan.
PCB BOARD
1) Most of our pcb board for cob led is aluminum pcb and glass fiber pcb,
2) We design the pcb circuit depend on the specification of cob, to achieve the request of customers
3) Our pcb with good ability on Aluminum, outstanding on thermal and oxidative stability, will be easier to clean after welding or other process
