1. MOQ: 1x20' for 3 models maximum
2. Payment: 30% deposit after confirmation of order, 70% against Bill of lading after shipment, We also accept L/C, trade
assurance, PayPal etc.
3. Warranty: All products are guaranteed for 1 year time, and compressors 3 years.
4. Spare parts: ShengXue provide 1% spare parts free of charge. Additional spare parts are supplied all year long.
5. Sample order: ShengXue is a bulk articles supplier, normally ship the order in container load, we reject 1 pc order. ShengXue normally doesn't accept sample order, but when customer can show the potential of bulk order, we specially accept sample order, at 10% extra handling charge.
6. New cabinet treatment: Due to the reason some cabinets may lie down in container shipment, pls hold cabinet up straight for at least 2 hours before plug in, to assure refrigeration gas all return to correct position.
7. What to do in case moisture occurred on glass door surface?
In some high humidity weather, some moisture will form on glass surface; this is normal condition of natural cooling cabinet. Toavoid moisture, you just wipe it off, or you have to change to buy ventilated cooling cabinet.
