A: We can supply you sample for testing if needed, and will charge you only the freight fee and the cost of the sample. If you place an order over 3 units later from us, we'll reduce the total cost of the sample from the total amount of the order.

Q: Will you supply inserts for the boring head?

A:  Yes, we'll send you inserts along with the boring head when you place an order,  and will supply you inserts with the best price in future.

A: Our business was begun at SHENZHEN in 2005, and have been continued for about 17 years. During the past 17 years we have served more than 200 customers in China domestic and worldwide. 

Q: How about your after-sale service policy?

A: We'll supply you life-long after-sale service. We'll help you to repair the boring head during the whole working life, and if some parts of the boring head damaged, we'll send you free repair parts while you only need to pay for the freight fee. If the boring head can't be repaired, we'll send you a new one for free while you only need to pay for the freight fee.
