Our passion comes from our land and lies within our land: Molise, one of the smallest regions in Italy, but one of the richest in terms of natural "blessings": it provides more than 40% of the national truffle production. Our truffles are harvested solely from the area of Italian forests, especially the Molise area, protected from industrial agriculture and the use of pesticides and fertilizers.

Truffles are the gems of the Italian kitchen; their typical fragrance and the bold taste evoke the forest flavour, appreciated even by the most demanding palates.
