3.Which countries have you exported?

    Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Finland, Italy, Spain, Norway, United States, Canada, Brazil, Turkey, Thailand, Korea, Ecuador, Australia, Peru, Chile and UAE, etc

4.What’s the MOQ for each item?

    Different product MOQ differ, if the item we have stock, then no MOQ request, such as 20pcs is also acceptable. Some item like strut mount, bushing, normal MOQ is 300pcs.

5.Could u provide free samples?

    If the sample requested is of our stock item, we are glad to send sample as free on the basis of freight cost paid by customer.

6.What’s your delivery time?

   Stock item can be delivered within 3~7 days. Mass production item takes 15~35 days.

7.What’s the package, can u provide package according to my requirement?

   Of course! If customer have no request about packing, usually pack according to neutral export package without any logo. If requested, we can do according to customer’s packing requirement such as using inner box or put on customer’s company logo, then details can be discussed before order confirmation.

8.How much deposit do I pay for?

   Usually it takes 30% payment as deposit.

9.What’s your payment term?

   We accept T/T or Western Union through FOB Ningbo, Shanghai or Guangzhou

10.Could u accept various kinds of orders?

     Yes, we can assist to ship all goods together which is more convenient for you.

11.How can I confirm the validity of products?

     We will provide OEM number for your reference, what’s more, we will provide sample pictures for you to recheck!

12.What’s your goods quality? Will them be secondhand?

      Our products all come from factory directly, they are totally new. Firmly refuse to sell potential safety hazard product!!!

13.What will you do for quality complaint?

     1.We respond to customer within 24 hours.

     2.After technician check the photo or video about products, if confirm it is our problem, we will compensate same quantity high quality products to you, or return funds.

14.If what I need not show on your website, could u provide?

     Please tell us your OE no., we will confirm with you.

15.Could u deliver goods through Trade Assurance?

     Yes, of course.
