Working Principle:
Put raw materials into feeder, they will be pressed by the screw with high pressure and temperature which makes the raw material fully cooked and sterilized. Then the pressed materials will be formed into pellets by shaping mould.It can make different size and shapes pellets by changing molds.
Last the cutter device cut the formed pellets into different length as required.

(1). Raw materials like flour,corn meal,soybean meal,maize meal ,meat meal,bone meal,fish meal,vitamin etc.
(2). Raw materials Powder Size: 60-80 Mesh.
(3). Raw materials moisture content: 20-25%.
(4). Diameter of Final Pellets: 1mm-15mm (Optional).
(5). Length of the pellets can be adjustable by control the cutting knife
