Working Principle
The main mode of operation is that the acid mist waste gas is introduced into the purification tower by the air duct, and through the packing layer, the waste gas and sodium hydroxide absorption liquid are fully in contact with the gas-liquid two-phase absorption and neutralization reaction. After purification, the acid mist waste gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan after dehydration and defogging by the defogging plate.
Scope Of Use
The spray tower is mainly suitable for handling smoke and sulfuric acid smoke, etc. Its internal structure mainly uses a spray head and environmentally friendly fillers to make the exhaust gas fully contact with the flowing water (washing liquid) on the surface of the filling material, in order to adsorb acidic or alkaline pollutants (and particulate dust) contained in the exhaust gas, and then separate the clean gas from the liquid of the pollutants to achieve the purpose of purification.
