Q1: After a few seconds of successful start, the car stalls automatically or when the clip is removed, the car stalls.
A1: This situation is generally due to overuse or serious aging of the car battery, you can try to start again after running for 3 minutes to charge the battery, if it still stalls soon, it proves that the battery has no storage capacity and must be replaced with a new battery.

Q2: The battery cannot be charged.
A2: Please check whether the charging cable is correctly connected to the charger and the mains socket. You can try to replace the charger or charging line and try again (this starter power can directly use the charger and line of the cell phone).

Q3: I can't charge my cell phone.
A3: Please check whether the USB output of the starter power is open and whether the power is at least -g or above 10%.
Check if the charging cable is properly connected or damaged, if necessary, please change the charging cable and try again.

Q4: I can't start the car.
A4: The engine does not move at all when starting: first check if the clip is reliably connected, if the battery cable is dirty or seriously rusted, please clean it and try again. If you are sure that it is connected, it is possible that the car has entered the protection state. For some models, you can try to press and hold the start button for about 10 seconds and release it when the engine moves. If the engine moves when starting, but does not start; please check whether the clip is reliably connected to the copper head of the battery cable, if the negative pole is connected to the iron case of the car, it will affect the starting performance.
