Description / Application
Chemical injection skid is designed for inject chemicals into oil/gas wells, including corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor,
asphaltene inhibitor, etc. Chemical injection skid include Chemical injection pumps, Chemicals storage tank and related Connection
component.
Widely used in the Chemical injection of oil or gas well, provides continuous inject chemicals into setting depth via chemical
injection line and valve.
Features/Benefits
• The Chemical injection pump have low failure rate and long service life period. The system include Pulse bumper and can provide
stable and continuous chemicals injection.
• The system possesses the function of Auto shut-down and manual shut-down when the chemical injection pump overpressure or liquid
level low in the chemicals storage tank, which is capable of closing SSV, SCSSV and wing valves, and remote shut-down is also
available.
• The system possesses the function of Auto shut-down via the Wellhead control panel when the SCSSV and/or SSV shut-down.
• The chemicals storage tank equipped with mixer motor and blender provide stable property chemicals.
