Q3: Does one liquid filling machine can work for all kinds viscosity of liquid or paste?
A: Theoretically yes, by changing parts and filling pump we can achieve this. But normally this option is only recommended for our client who is doing R&D, but not production purpose. So we suggest client to use specific pump for specific material for achieving higher filling accuracy.
Q4: Why there are so many liquid filler looks same, but in huge difference on price?
A: Because different manufacturers are using different method to manufacture the machine which will effect the filling accuracy and machine running life a lot. The same Oil material or cream material, A cheap manufacturer may use Pneumatic piston Pump for filling while a professional manufacturer is using Servo Stainless Steel Piston pump.
Q5: We have big filling range for our bottle, from 100-2000ml, can it work on the same machine?
A: Yes, these filling range is absolutely ok for our either Linear type machine or rotary type machine, we can easily achieve.
