1) Road (asphalt) bitumen
petroleum road bitumen is obtained by oxidation of products of direct distillation of oil and selective separation of petroleum products (asphalting asphalt, selective purification extracts). Another technology for obtaining bitumen is compounding.

Packing & Delivery
Bitumen is packaged and supplied in 3 types of packaging.
The first type of packaging is a clover container.
The clover container packaging consists of a plywood frame with cardboard inserts. The inner lining is made of silicone-coated paper. The strength of the structure is increased by fastening elements that tighten the walls of the frame. The dimensions of the clover container are: height 1.1 meters, width 1.125 meters, length 1.125 meters. The capacity of the clover container is 985 kilograms. The main advantages of packaging in clover containers are the preservation of the product until the destination due to the rigidity and strength of the structure, as well as quick and convenient unpacking of the goods.
The second type of packaging is a bitumen block.
The dimensions of the bitumen block are: height 1.103 meters, width 1.125 meters, length 1.125 meters. The capacity is not less than 1000 liters. The container body consists of birch veneer and a wooden pallet. The insert is made of silicone-coated paper. The composition includes a polypropylene bag and a cap. The design is convenient due to quick assembly and disassembly, and a wide temperature range during transportation.
The packaging consists of 580 mm diameter metal drums made of 0.5 mm thick galvanized steel. The drum wall is made of a steel strip wound in a spiral. The turns are securely locked together. The strip is reinforced with two longitudinal stiffening ribs along its entire length. The bottoms are made of 0.5 mm thick steel sheet, with a 150 mm diameter filling hole on top, which is covered with a lid.
Before filling, the drums are combined into a module - 4 drums on a pallet measuring 1.14 x 1.14 m, securely fastened around the perimeter with a polyamide tape.
To reduce logistics costs for 1 ton of binder for the consumer, we provide 3 types of modules:
1. Module 1250 for covered railway wagons and 40-foot ISO containers (net weight 1170 kg; gross weight 1242.5 kg; pallet weight 20 kg; metal weight 52.5 kg);
2. Module 970 for 20-foot ISO containers (net weight 896 kg; gross weight 960.5 kg; pallet weight 20 kg; metal weight 44.5 kg);
3. Module 920 for semi-trailers (net weight 860 kg; gross weight 922 kg; pallet weight 20 kg; metal weight 42 kg);
The modules of different types differ only in height, thus maximizing the volume of the transport used and increasing the efficiency of cargo turnover.
