Description



Product Description




The extension rod is an important parts transporting the power from the driving end to the hydraulic end.
It is made of premium alloy steel through unique manufacturing process and advanced technology.Its mechanical property is improved after heat treatment.The surface is smooth,wear-resistant and anti-corrosive after chrome plating and accurate grinding.
The intermediate/extension rod is the critical part for the power end outlet of the mud pump.It is is an important parts transporting the power from the driving end to the hydraulic end.
The larger end connects the crosshead and the smaller one connects the piston rod through the clamp.Its excircle is sealed by the two-lip seal and o ring in the stuffing box.
The blank of intermediate/extension rod is 45 steel forging.
The excircle went through hard chromium plating treatment.
The roughness is Ra0.4.
We supply mud pump spare parts like mud pump liner( including zirconia ceramic liner and high chrome bi-metal liner), mono-metal Liner, fluid end module, valve and seats, piston, piston rod, pony rod etc. parts for mud pump, we can also customize and machine as your drawing.
