Brief Introduction:
The mechanical part of the equipment is mainly composed of flipping mechanism and frame. The workpiece flipping is driven by the servo motor. Each set of servo motor is equipped with a set of precision RV reducer, which can achieve precise positioning

* Servo motor shaft and precision reducer shaft hole adopt direct connection structure, with high transmission accuracy；
* The flip pinion and the supporting outer tooth adopt a special side gap engagement structure
* Choose heavy precision rotary support, high bearing capacity, small side gap, and leave a large design margin, so as to reduce the axis beat after the workpiece, to ensure the position accuracy
