Based on the applications in coal and mine industry for the past decades, horizontal liner screens have been re-designed in 3D designing softwares (Pro-E/Solidworks). The analysis of mode and dynamic stress with and without load for the screen structure is finished in finite element analysis software ANSYS. The movement of material on the screen mesh is also simulated and realized by analysis software in fluid dynamics. Our screens are tailor-made products as per pre-analysis data to satisfy the demands from such industries as coal, cement, steel & iron, sand gravel and electricity.
The ‘breathing’ polyurethane sieve mesh, high resilience rubber sieve mesh and Vibra launch spring sieve mesh assure reliability in chemical and physical properties. For fine and sticky sizing, screening is so achieved in efficiency that material jam is not a problem any longer.
Wet classification horizontal liner screens are used for wet closed-circuit of HPGR, high-frequency dewatering, pre classification before SAG and ball mill grinding, dewatering and classification of tailings for dry stacking.

The characteristic of the torsion spring is that during the shutdown of the screen, it can make the screen stop quickly, avoiding the resonance frequency and reducing the impact on the foundation. Due to its high cost, the steel coil spring (D27 or D30) is still recommended.
Screen deck: material is rubber or polyurethane. Rubber material is recommended for larger feed particles (≥ 25mm), and polyurethane material is recommended for smaller particles (6-25mm). With good screening effect, less blinding, modular production and installation, and reduces labor intensity.
