Auto vacuum loader :
Plastic vacuum loader are mainly used in the plastic processing industry to absorb plastic raw materials and then transport them to injection molding machines, extruders, blow molding machines and other processing equipment for production use. According to different usage requirements, the designed models include 300G, 400G, 700G, 800G and high-power suction machines, which can efficiently absorb materials and improve production efficiency.
Features :
1. 300G and 400G loaders are with small size and light weight, can be directly mounted on hopper dryer or other containers for auto loading material.
2. 300G equipped with high-speed rectifier motor with delicate size and strong suction force.
3. 400G and 800G loaders are with induction high pressure blower--with low noise and long service time.
4. 700G and 800G loaders are with seperate loading unit and hopper receiver. Independent filter for easy cleaning.
5. Microcomputer controlled. Alarm for overload and short of material.
6. Equipped with filter and dust bag, it can filter and remove dust from raw materials.
7. The high-power plastic auto loader can be used for multiple purposes with multiple hoppers. It adopts high-power motor and special fan to improve material suction speed and production efficiency.
