Mechanical introduction:

Vertical glass washing machine  series is a special equipment for the production and processing of glass washing in construction, building materials, decoration and other industries, suitable for washing flat glass with a thickness of 3-19mm and a maximum height of 2500mm. The machinery is mainly composed of cleaning box, drying box, transmission system, frame, water tank, air supply box, electrical control and other parts. The whole washing and drying process is fully automatic and does not require manual operation. The specifications of the vertical cleaning machine  series are: 1600, 2000, 2500, etc.

Main Features:

1.The sheet metal of the cleaning part in contact with the water is all made of stainless steel. The cleaning box is made of thickened stainless steel welded integrally, which has high strength and no deformation.

2.(Three pairs of brush configuration) six pieces of diameter 180mm high temperature resistant wire brushes + four sprays, after wash the glass is clean & speed is fast. The brush is equipped with two groups of hard brushes with cylinder lifting, which can wash Low-E glass.

3.Stainless steel spring automatically to adjust 3-25mm glass thickness.

4.The components and screws of the part in the cleaning box that are in contact with water are made of stainless steel, copper, waterproof aluminum, nylon and other materials, which do not rust in long-term use and are convenient for maintenance.

5.The air-drying box glass frame is evenly welded with stainless steel, and the equipment has no rust for long-term use and will not cause secondary glass pollution.

6.1600 model with one pair of air knives, 2000 and 2500 model with two pairs of air knife configuration, large wind, good air drying effect, with heating system. The unique circulating wind glass air drying system saves energy and has low noise (no heating in winter, the air temperature can reach 40 degrees).
